Coming off of a perfect sweep of the Crankworx Whistler downhill events, you can't have a discussion about 2012 World Champion hopefuls without mentioning Steve Smith. SRAM put together this piece on their Canadian golden boy to help everyone get a glimpse of what he is all about.





From SRAM: It could have something to-do with his eyes (as crazy looking as they are) or the sheer determination that his amazing mother instilled in him at such a young age. In all honesty it's probably a perfect combination of maturity, skill and that determination that we have all grown to love. This is a look behind the eyes of what is and will be one of the most exciting Canadian DH racers of all time.
