A rare opportunity for those who have no UCI points to compete against the best downhill mountain bikers in the world! Having introduced a World Cup and a French Cup round to DH mountain biking, Les 2 Alpes has decided to change the route of the 2012 race to make it shorter and more accessible. Marc Beaumont and Mick Hannah have collaborated in the definition of this new DH World Cup type course.
Confirmed racers include Marcelo Gutierez, Nick Beer, Brendan Fairclough, Myriam Nicole, Mick Hannah, Cedric Gracia, Loic Bruni, Danny Hart, Andrew Neethling and 2012 defending champions Gee and Rachel Atherton.
Piste Fury. The figures speak for themselves: 2500 m long with 700 m of vertical drop! A more accessible course design for 2013 features big gaps embellished with double tracks for everyone to enjoy.
