The imposing Mount Cook in New Zealand’s South Island provides a
stunning backdrop to this Brook Macdonald edit as Brook goes in search
of scree to ride down.
Brook finds the perfect spot near the Glentanner trails. Scree, which
is essentially masses of small rock fragments, will be a test of all of
Brook's riding skills. The Trek rider has to make sure that his
mountain bike tires get enough grip on this challenging terrain as the
tires could easily slip when riding at speed.
Despite reservations about the steep angle of the run from the top of
the trail, Brook soon picks up speed and with superb bike handling he
completes the run with ease.
