VAIL LAKE MOTHER'S DAY SPECIAL

Robert Herber from Vail Lake Racers and Chasers here. This weekend is reserved for the mothers in our lives. So we are offering to all mothers a $10 race this Saturday, May 10. It is our way of saying thanks. Tell us that you're a mom when registering and you will enter at a discount.

We are also moving sign-in and the start/finish area to the pool. It will be much nicer as it continues to warm up and the pools are available for use as well as the indoor restrooms. The large grassy area will help keep the dust down. There are even showers and the snack bar will be opening soon.

For those that are not sure where the pools are, enter Vail Lake as usual. Continue on to the Village area and make the usual left. Then before getting to the water slides make a right and follow that through the camp sites and until you see the pools on the left. We will have our arrows out to help direct you.

The post event BBQ continues, so be sure to bring lawn chairs and hang out for a bit after the race. We are expecting a large turnout so be sure to come early to register and bring your friends and mothers!

Robert
