Round #2 of the Trail Watch.Net Short track series is coming to Bear Creek Regional Park in Colorado Springs, CO Friday, June 12th . If the short track action in Colorado Springs is anything like the opener in Sea Otter, spectators are in for some very fast and explosive racing action.

Entering into round #2 of the Trail Watch.net short track series, Specialized Factory rider Todd Wells sits at the helm of the men’s Pro Field, ahead of Specialized teammate Burry Stander, Giant’s Carl Decker, while Jeremiah Bishop and Sam Schultz round out the top 5 positions. On the women’s side, its young Canadian Trek rider Emily Batty topping the women’s Pro rankings, followed by Specialized’s Lene Byberg, Luna’s Catherine Pendrel, while Heather Irmiger and Georgia Gould round out the top 5 positions
Start Times for the Pro women are at 4:30pm, with the Pro Men set to blast off at 5:15pm. Bear Creek Regional Park is located a mile and a half south from Chris Carmichael Training Facilities site of rider race registration, at the corner of 21st street south and 2254 Argus Blvd.
The Trail Watch.Net short track series offers $200 for the most aggressive male and female rider at each of the four rounds, plus offers a $50 prime lap for both the male and female pro classes.
