Park City, UT played host to the six race in the 2007 National Ultra Endurance MTB Series. Coined as the world's toughest 100 mile mountain bike race, the Eundurance 100 carries the tag line of "mind over mountains". The course is the most physically and mentally challenging race in the series. It's 100 miles of singletrack trails within the Wasatch Mountain Range at elevation ranging from 7000 feet up to 10,000 feet. The total elevation gain comes to over 16,720 feet.

In addition to the marquee 100 Mile solo race, Park City's E100 also offers both 50 mile (54.5 miles, 8590 feet) and 100km (71.5 miles, 12,655 feet) course options for riders not ready to race the 100 Mile distance.

The first five races of the National Endurance 100 MTB Series included the Cohutta 100 (Ducktown, TN), Mohican 100 (Loudonville, OH), Lumberjack 100 (Manistee, MI), Breckenridge 100 (Breckenridge, CO) and Wilderness 101 (Coburn, PA). The series concludes with the Shenandoah 100 in Harrisonburg, VA.
