Syntace, the German maker of high-end components, has re-launched their brand in the North American Market. They have re-vamped their products to offer a wider range of mountain bike bars and seatposts. Additionally, Syntace will be offering a range of tools, parts and accessories including their torque wrench and patented X-12 Axle parts.

Syntace has been making cycling components for over 25 years and has a strong reputation for making lightweight, aesthetically pleasing and durable products. Their reputation is further bolstered by their hassle free 10 year transferable warranty on everything they make, including their carbon and downhill products. Their state of the art VR3 testing machine makes this all possible. Syntace products are tested to the absolute highest standards. Syntace's test protocols are among the industry's most rigorous, and most closely reflect the types of loads encountered during riding conditions.

Syntace's patented X-12  is designed to be stiff and user friendly. It fills the gap between the standard 135mm quick release system and the 150mm thru-axle standard by boosting rear end stiffness without adding complexity or weight. At the heart of the system is Syntace's unique expanding cone washer, concentric nut, maximum clearance derailleur hanger and hollow shear bolt. Several bicycle manufacturers including Specialized, Cannondale and Norco, among others, have used the design for 2012 products. Suffice it to say: We're excited to ride it.
