Southridge Racing Club's Don Jackson tells everyone that the 2008 edition of the Southland's ubiquitous Winter Series will forever be known as the Shimano Winter Series. Shimano came on board over the recent explosion of interest in Southern California racing. What happens here is copied by everyone else in the world.

 

Shimano shows up at each event with a complete tech support facility. They make certain that all riders, from pro to amateur, are taken care of. Shimano also sponsors the kid's race and has a Junior Program that awards product to the top five overall in the junior categories. This Shimano-Southridge relationship will grow, so stay posted for more exciting news.
