Jaroslav Kulhavy (left) stopped to congratulate Julien Absalon (center) after Julien's 
dramatic win of the La Bresse World Cup cross-country race in France this past 
spring. The win was Absalon's only World Cup win of the year. Kulhavy dominated
the World Cup series last year, but got shut out of the winner's circle for 2012,
except in the Olympics. Absalon dominated cross-country racing for much of
the last 10 years, with two Olympic gold medals, four World Championship titles,
and five World Cup titles to his credit.
