Anthony Messere probably got the biggest air of the whole contest at Crankworx
in 2011, when he boosted himself into the stratosphere off the hip jump. He was
only 15 years old at the time. He'll turn 17 on April 3, in 2013. There is a lot of
confusion about how old he is. We had to write him and ask him to find out for
sure. Here's his reply: "I am turning 17 April 3. Birth year of 1996." Thank you,
