Here's a slightly belated "Happy Birthday" to Richie Rude, the up-and-coming
downhill star, who turned 18 on January 1, 2013. Richie took 15th place at the
World Cup race in Windham, New York, last June, finishing less than a second
off the pace of Greg Minnaar, Mick Hannah and Andrew Neethling, who all made
the top ten.
