There's no bigger gathering of bike dorks in our opinion than the North American Handbuilt bike show. This year, riders and frame builders descend on the mountain town of Denver, Colorado. Here's a little snippet of our favorite finds from the day.

This gem from English cycles in Eugene, Oregon has our vote for best in show. The ultra slender lines are kept uncluttered by using internal routing for both shifter cables and brake hoses.

Nick Frey and the Boo Crew were on hand to show off their new monster truck of a fat bike. This bamboo creation features a titanium front end made by Blacksheep cycles. It's snowing here in Colorado, so maybe the guys will get a chance for a few hotlaps on their local trails around Fort Collins next week.

Reeb cycles is a new exhibitor this year. Their steel creations are American-made down to the True Temper tubes they use.

Thomson might not be the official bar/stem combo of NAHBS, but you wouldn't know that by walking the tradeshow floor. They're everywhere you look. This titanium bar is on our short list for product tests.

A stunning paint job from Form Cycles on their Prevail 29er, and a creative use for a Feedback repair stand.

An interesting color combo on a 29er hardtail from Stijl bikes.

Moot designed this bike for trail builders like IMBA to transport their tools of the trade. It's also useful in a zombie apocalypse.
