Spencer Rathkamp powers up a climb on the GT Zaskar 100, tested
in our March 2013 issue. In addition to being a talented dirt jumper,
Spencer is also becoming a good cross-country racer. He has already
racked up a couple of wins in the 19-24 Expert class in SoCal races.
