Philly.Com reports that mountain bikers who ride Ceres Park in the Mantua Township had built a number of bridges to protect sensitive wetlands along the trail. Officials didn't see it that way (they saw a liability problem) and took a chainsaw to the constructions. A few years later the bridges are back and officials are working with the riders. Here is the
