MOUNTAIN BIKE GRAVITY CALENDAR STANDINGS

The Chile Challenge in Angel Fire, NM marked the 3rd contest on the Mountain Bike Gravity Calendar. The downhill and 4-Cross races offered points. Kieran Bennett (NZl; Ironhorse) won the downhill while Melissa Buhl (Chandler, AZ) earned the victory for the women. In the Chili Challenge 4-Cross Petr Hanak (Winter Park, CO) earned the win and Melissa Buhl again won the women's race in convincing fashion. Rich Houseman (Temecula, CA) grabbed the stars-and-stripes jersey in Sunday's U.S. 4X Championship even while Melissa Buhl made it a perfect three-for-three.
 
The current 2008 Mountain Bike Gravity Calendar standings are as follows:

The fourth event on the Mountain Bike Gravity Calendar will include the downhill and dual slalom contests at the third annual Capital Cup at Wisp Resort in McHenry, MD, June 20-22.
