Trek World Racing confirmed today that young American star Neko Mulally from Pennsylvania would be joining the team for a full World Cup program, as well as other key events throughout 2010.

Neko will join gravity teammates Tracy Moseley (GBR), Justin Leov (NZL) and Andrew Neethling (RSA), and racing the Session 88 next season. His first race for the team will be in Vigo, Spain, at the end of March.

Neko has had an impressive 2009 season. Despite being too young to race World Cups, he had the privilege of being the course pre-runner at the Mont-Sainte-Anne and Bromont World Cups. Neko had some great results throughout the year in east coast racing, culminating in a win at the Pro Gravity Tour finals. At Whistler’s Crankworx festival he finished 5th in the Canadian Open Downhill, only a few seconds behind established World Cup top 10 pros. He also finished 4th in the Dual Slalom at Crankworx.
