The Fool's Gold 100 is Georgia's first and only 100 mile mountain bike race. It is the 6th race of the 2008 National Ultra Endurance Mountain Bike Race Series. Big incentive came in the form of $1000 hard, cold cash to the overall race winner.

Race #7 is coming right up on August 31 at the Shenandoah 100 in Harrisonburg, VA. The series finale is September 6's Tahoe-Sierra in Foresthill, CA.
