The 14th race on the Mountain Bike National Cross-Country Calendar took place in Mount Morris, WI. Both the cross-country and short track competitions at the Subaru Cup were a part of the 24 event, season long calendar. Jesse Lalonde (Madison, WI) won the cross-country contest and Jenna Zander (Mankato, MI) earned the victory on the women's side.

There are only 10 races remaining on the Cross-Country Calendar. Note that the scores of all of the top five riders are the same as one month ago, with the exception of Kelli Emmett. Although four more events have run in this series, only Kelli Emmett bothered to show up at one. In a true national series a the top riders could never miss this many events and still sit at the top.
