From the Cannondale Brad Blog:
He may only be 20 years old, but Carlo Dieckmann has certainly earned the respect of both his peers and his elders during the last few years. And as he reflects back on his first weapon of choice from years ago (his red Cannondale Team Issue Killer V) he looks forward with great anticipation to droppin' in, and droppin' jaws on his new love--A custom painted, red Chase created especially for him. This is one very lust worthy machine!

Carlo began his career riding trials at shows in Germany, and like a lot of us here at Cannondale, he fell in love with his Killer V, became a lifelong Cannondale fan and continued to feed the addiction though continual riding.
"I still have that bike," says Carlo. "I remember watching former Cannondale Athletes like Rockwell, Lopes, Martin Ashton." When asked where he gets his influence from, Carlo says he loves skateboarding and watching NBA Basketball. "Both of these sports have so much style to draw inspiration from. It's fun to take that creative energy to riding"

Carlo recently brought the house (our perhaps we should say castle) to its knees, throwing down one of the best runs at the Red Bull District Ride in Nuremburg. "He came away with a 5th place result, not quite the podium, but the show he put on certainly got our attention," said Rory Mason, Global Sports Marketing Manager at Cannondale.
This coming season, Carlo will be riding both a Cannondale Prophet and a Cannondale Chase tuned to his specifications, while teaming up with fellow Cannondale rider Aaron Chase to dazzle fans around the world.

"I just got my new custom Chase bike from Cannondale with my own special paint. I've already been able to do some things on it that I haven't been able to do before!" "Signing with Cannondale is like a dream come true for me," says Carlo. "It's amazing to have such a strong and innovative sponsor behind me. The Chase is proof that they really listen to their riders."
