CALIFORNIA XC MTB SERIES
Dates: January 4. February 1. March 1
Location: Vail Lake Village & Resort
Description: Seven to nine mile long, mostly two-track and fire road layouts. The courses runs along the shoreline and climb up the hills overlooking Vail Lake. Each lap has 1000 feet of climbing and fast, technical descending. The three-race series offers $10,000 in awards and prizes.

SOUTHRIDGE XC/DH WINTER SERIES
Dates: January 12. January 26. February 9. February 23. March 9. March 23
Location: Southridge Park in Fontana.
Description: Revised XC and DH layouts for '03. Over $5000 worth of raffled product, plus SRC members are eligible for a giant motorcycle and product giveaway at the end of the year. The DH shuttle is available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the day before each race ($5 fee).
