MBA is always excited to hear that kids are riding their mountain bikes. So, when we were invited to Boy Scouts of America, Troop 4 scout meeting to share a little about what we do and how much fun we have riding our bikes, we were thrilled to be a part of it.

January 21st, Troop 4 from Pasadena, CA started their first challenge of 10 miles around Rose City's most famous landmark. Troop 4 scouts will have to ride a total of 100 miles and meet requirements; which include general bicycle maintenance, first aid and the rules of the road.

Troop 4 is one of the oldest chartered Boy Scout troops in the western United States. On June 2013, they will celebrate 100 years.

Another beautiful day in sunny Southern California where Scout leaders performed a bike inspection and explained the rules of the road before heading out.

The scouts rolled out and were guided by the Scout leaders for the 3.5 laps. They were kids on a mission. Some had smiles on their faces and others looked like they were racing in the Tour De France. Go Troop 4!
