Best Fender For Winter Mountain Biking?

Dear Mountain Bike Action experts: I plan on riding more this winter. I'm looking for good fenders. Easy on easy off, good quality. My bike is a Trek Fuel EX 8. What do you suggest?

Mountain Bike Action: That’s an easy one. SKS makes the best fenders we have used.  We like the X-Tra Dry fender for the rear with the Mud-X downtube guard up front. These are both small and we found them to be better for mountain biking than the larger fenders that collect too much mud and get too heavy. Our goal on a nasty ride is not to stay dry (that’s just not possible), but to deflect a good amount of water so you don’t get soaked. Both these fenders get that job done exceptionally well.
