We've seen Honda bicycles. We've seen Mercedes-Benz bicycles. And now BMW throws their hat in the ring with a line of BMW-branded mountain bikes. We say "BMW-branded" because just like the Honda and MB bikes before them, the BMW bikes do not appear to be designed or manufactured by the storied German car company. Instead, they appear to be made under a license agreement, meaning the BMW logo is about the only BMW component on the bike.
If you want a bike that looks good on top of your BMX X3, this is for you. If you want a mountain bike with the latest technology, better stick with Specialized, Trek, Giant or Cannondale.
With a design right out of the 90's, this BMW appears to have a top tube that was shaped to increase standover height.
This little beauty folds so you can fit it in the trunk of your 740i, maybe. You can get more information on BMW-branded bikes by clicking here.Mountain
