Craig Cole is a rider in Oregon who lives the life and has been a many-time published photographer in our Trail Mix section. We got this photo and explanation from Craig this morning. Happy new year everyone.

"Started 2013 with the first annual Polar Bear Ride. We left the parking lot at 7:00 a.m. and completed a 2.4 mile 540 foot climb to watch the sun come up at Dan's monument. No shirts (for the guys), leg covers or beanies allowed. Clear blue morning with a three-quarter moon still visible. Temp was 24 degrees. A lot of fun and we'll do it again next year."
