Hi MBA,
This is David Stowell and I race with you guys out at Big Bear and Southridge. Our team consists of former racers from the Bike Empire Race Team as well as some High Tech riders. The driving force on the startup of the team was a joint effort by racer Rob Bernhard and the Hi-Tech shop owner Hank Montrose. Our co-sponsors include Schreiber Framing, Schirmer Engineering, David Keen Family Dentistry, La Mesa Workout, Ellsworth Bikes and Specialized.
As a team we are concentrating on the Rim Nordic series, the Fontana/Southridge races and some select National and State races. Quite a few of the racers are including some of the Marathon events in their schedule as well.
Past performances by some of our members include:
*Randy Long: 2004 Class Champion in the Rim Nordic, Cal State and AM Cup series. *Rob Bernhard: Former Class Endurance Na tional Champion, AM Cup Champion, Rim Nordic Champion, 1994 RAAM Team Finisher. *Jeanne Bernhard: Former Class National Champion, 2nd in Class at World's. *Tammy House: Former 2-time Class Downhill Champion *Darby Fultz: 2nd at Big Bear 12 hour (behind Tinker Juarez). *Greg Alexander: 2004 2nd in State Series
