The World's finest bicycle framebuilders, accessory makers and enthusiasts will gather from April 8th to the 10th, 2011 for the inaugural International Bicycle Framebuilder's Exposition (IBFE), to be held at the World Famous Golden Hall, in beautiful downtown San Diego, only three miles from the San Diego International Airport.
The IBFE is an evolution of the San Diego Custom Bicycle Show that has been successfully run for the last two years in the Mission Valley area north of downtown.

"Our new location at Golden Hall elevates the show to Rock Star level" states Brian Baylis, co-founder of the International Bicycle Framebuilder's Exposition. "We're right in the middle of Old San Diego next to Little Italy, we've got a wicked hotel deal
with the Best Western Bayside Inn two blocks down the street, and other cycling entities in the area building their events around ours. The last two shows we've produced have been awesome, and this one is going take things to a never-before-seen level!"
The Golden Hall has been producing top-notch concerts for decades, from The Doors and Grateful Dead, to the Clash and Bad Religion.
In April 2011, it will feature the best handmade works of art from Rock Lobster, Serotta and Bruce Gordon, just to name a few!

Consumer pricing starts at $15 per day, and gets progressively less expensive the more days you attend.
"We started this show as a way for Framebuilders to reach their customers and enthusiasts without breaking the bank," continues Chuck Schlesinger, the third co-founder of the IBFE and proprietor of SadiLah Handmade Framesets. "We appreciate everyone who sets up a display, and everyone who walks through our door. Our ultimate goal is to further the art of the handmade bicycle, an art which has obviously touched our souls."
