2003 DINO MOUNTAIN BIKE SERIES CHAMPIONS--OC T 15


Indiana's best mountain bike racers were presented with series awards on Saturday October 11 following the DINO Mountain Bike Series final race in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Each racer's best 6 scores from the 8-race series were added to determine series winners.

Racers competed from April to October in locations spread widely around the state. A typical race consists of an hour to two hours of high intensity bicycle riding through off-road trails in the woods. Trail obstacles such as logs, rocks, mud, and hills are common challenges. Racers are divided into various ability and age categories.

NORBA State Champion medals were also awarded to the top NORBA (National Off Road Bicycle Association) members in each age group. These champions will be listed at www.usacycling.org in the near future.
