Just a quick update for the upcoming November 15 12 Hours Of Temecula race. There are a lot of exclusive things happening for this race. We are hosting quite a few major bike industry companies out at the venue. For the first time we will have Intense Cycles, Ellsworth, and Turner Bikes out with full demo fleets. Not just for racers, but spectators too can demo 2009 product next weekend. We will also have a couple of smaller, more custom frame builders demos and info: Vassago, Siren, and Russ Denny. Also on the card will be The Trek WSD (Women’s Specific Designs ) tour and demo trailer. Hammer Nutrition has come on full bore with unbelievable support. We will have Hammer nutrition products all over the venue to help racers and support crews survive and thrive the full day! Look for Hammer Heed in the water station jugs and hammer gels and bars at the start finish area to help power you.!

Also look for theses following companies to be an hand to support throughout the event:
*Cycopath Bike shop for repairs and bike needs. Also Cycopath will be donating a really cool bike to our mega raffle!
*Niterider will have the trailer setup for charging and sales.
*Crankbrothers gives full support and showcases 2009 product.
*Spinergy. Of course long time partner Spinergy wheels will be on hand. This time they will have demo wheels for racers and they will be donating a set of wheels for our mega raffle.
*VSI Products. Which include THE, Intense Tires and Vigor Helmets. View the latest and greatest and of course a huge selection of helmets, backpacks and tires to give away at the raffle.
*AyUp lighting. Darren from Ayup will be out with us with the latest from the Australian-based lighting company.
*Pro Motion Sporstwear. Scratchy (Mike Johnston) has been a crucial supporter of our little race series. If it not for Mike and his efforts we wouldn’t have the cool event t-shirts and everyone would go shirtless. Plus the tees for the kids race.
*Mureita Chiropractic. Dr Meyers will be on hand helping with any kinks that might develop as the day wears on.
*ESI Grips will also be on hand with the lightest and grippiest grips on the market. Comfortable to boot.
*I am super excited to announce the involvement of Weins Winery. The perfect place to be after the race.
*Also a big thanks to Nimbus water company. Nimbus will be donating some Mini RO water systems for the raffle.

Just a quick shout out to let everyone know we will be supporting the new Southern California Scholastic High School Mountain Bike League
www.socaldirt.com. The importance and need for this league here in Southern California is crucial. It is another avenue for our kids to be involved in the passion for mountain biking. The League’s vision and dedication are going to be a amazing avenue to get kids involved in a sport loved by all. We will be collecting donations to help support the SoCal League. So Please bring a couple of bucks extra. The 12 Hours Of Temecula will be donating a portion of our proceeds to help out the League.

We will also have Renaud Catering coming down from Santa Maria to feed us some world famous Tri tip. Plus Juice It Up and Wetzel Pretzel will be on hand to help fill the void between your neck and waist! Maybe even between your hair and waist…

The Raffle for the race is going to be the biggest of all time. Not only the companies that are on site, but also from companies who can’t make it out. It may take a long time to raffle a bunch of this stuff. But I know you aren’t going anywhere until the swag is all gone. Maybe the 12 Hours Of Temecula will be the first race to have a 12 hour raffle!

There will also be special raffle prizes going to racers who have been with us for all three 12 Hours Of Temecula races this year. I personally am donating four coupons worth $150 apiece towards race fees for 2009. But that is only the start…also to include a bike giveaway!

Together it’s over $10,000 in cash and prizes being given away at the November 15.

The course is set and it is going to be super fun and fast. So bring your game face and battle cry and lets get ready to end 2008 with a bang.
